Mrs B's run 200 hives throughout Hampshire. They will only harvest honey which is surplus to the bees' requirements. To do this they leave a whole box of their honey on each of the colonies throughout the year and only harvest honey from the extra boxes that they fill when they have a good flow of nectar.
This lovely sweet, runny honey is the perfect topper to our Luxury Granola.
