A classic non vintage blend (Cuvée) of the three traditional "Champagne" varieties from 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages, aged for two years on its lees.
Vineyard - The grapes came from our Landsdowne, as well as our 2011 planting at Greyfriars
Grape Varieties - 60% Chardonnay. 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier
ABV - 12%
How Made - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in staineless steel tanks before bottling. Put through malolactic fermentation
