Sussex ham hock & caramelised onion terrine with piccalilli and sourdough toast
Roasted carrot & cumin soup, spiced pistachio brittle, fresh bread
Slow cooked Coverwood lamb breast, roasted Jersey Royals, pea puree, black olive caramel
Glazed Jersey Royals, spelt grains, onion cream and crispy leeks
Lemon posset with vanilla short bread and poached strawberries
